Intown‘s approach to Buying, Renting, or Selling Real Estate in Dallas is very simple and straight forward. We believe that any relationship with a Real Estate Brokerage or Agent should be based upon the following values at a minimum.
If those are qualities that you share, we ask for your Consideration the next time you are contemplating making a move. Remember, finding a ‘Nice House’ is easy . . . getting your ‘Dream Home’ takes some effort. Make sure before you engage the services of a Real Estate Agent that they have the Knowledge . . . the Skill . . . the Desire . . . and the Commitment to make that happen!
Intown began in the summer of 2000, and was the creation of Charlene and Earl Hoppenrath. Recognizing the growing interest for Urban Living in Dallas, Charlene and Earl saw not only an Emerging Market; but a need for an organization that was committed to this New Urbanization movement. The rest is history. During the ensuing 20 years, we’ve seen great changes in Uptown, Downtown, East Dallas, The Cedars, Victory Park, and all the other surrounding neighborhoods that have been created or reinvented. Having assisted more than 10,000 people make the move to Intown, we’re extremely proud to have been a part of this chapter of Dallas’ growth and history. Today, Intown is one of the oldest Residential Real Estate Companies in Uptown.
After 16 wonderful years, our little Historic Victorian building in the State Thomas Area, was purchased and we had to find some new ‘digs’. We haven’t forgotten our roots, and are now located just up the street at 3131 McKinney Avenue, Suite 600 – still in the heart of Uptown at the corner of McKinney and Bowen. Stop by and see us, the coffee is always on.
Moving to the Austin area – give Kristin Mainz a call at 512 423-1769 and let her know your plans. Whether Buying or Renting, she knows exactly where to find those special places to call home.
For many of our competitors, ‘Bigger is Better’. At Intown, we think ‘Better is Better’. We measure success not in $$$ signs, or how many houses were sold; but rather by the knowledge that every individual transaction – large or small – was the most important one. Each of the following associates shares that belief and welcomes the opportunity to discuss your moving plans.
